What to expect
after move-in.
You’ll be supported by our full-time, in-house warranty team, who are here to make sure everything runs smoothly.
We schedule two key appointments to make sure your home is performing as it should:
- A 60-day service appointment to address any early concerns
- A year-end appointment at 11.5 months to catch anything before your first year wraps up

How to submit a claim.
Your Travelers warranty information can be found in Schedule D within your homeowner documents. All claims can be submitted directly through Travelers Canada.
