Taking Home Gold at the 17th Annual Avid Awards

Earlier this year, we announced that Foxridge Homes was nominated for the “Customer Satisfaction” Grand Georgie Award (among three other nominations) which required home builders to rank above the 75th percentile in Avid Rating’s entire Canadian Customer Satisfaction Database to even qualify. Though the winners of the Georgie Awards have been postponed due to COVID-19, Avid Ratings has just announced their own winners for their 17th Annual Avid Awards.

Avid Awards recognizes top homebuilders throughout North America who score highest with their customers on homebuying experience surveys and for the first time, Foxridge Homes has taken home GOLD! What exactly does this mean? It means that our home buyers have rated us with the highest ‘New Home Move-In Experience Survey’ scores in all of British Columbia! This is no easy feat. Each award-winning builder must score at or above the top 25th percentile in Canada and every homebuyer survey is meticulously analyzed to determine each builder’s Avid Index Score. The Avid Index Score is evaluated using scores from their total homebuying experience, their willingness to refer, and the actual number of recommendations a buyer has made.
