Avid Benchmark Award Winner for Customer Service

We’re proud to announce that Foxridge Homes has been awarded Avid’s 19th annual Benchmark Award for providing exceptional customer service to home buyers in British Columbia. The recognition is awarded to North American home builders scoring among the top 25th percentile in customer satisfaction, based on industry-recognized customer experience.

To ensure a quality home buying experience, our team at Foxridge Homes initiates a series of check-ins both during and after construction. Upon move-in, at 60-days, 6 months and one-year post-occupancy, customer satisfaction surveys are sent out to monitor performance. These are reviewed constantly by our management team to better understand our customer’s wants and needs. From there, strategies are developed to continually improve the home buying experience.

From selecting customization options to managing the construction process and planning for move-in, the sales team at Foxridge Homes BC keeps customers actively engaged through each stage of their home buying journey. The result is an award-winning homebuying experience.
